VEG Housing Compound

The VEG compound is located in a residential area, a short taxi ride away from the town’s centre.

Quiet and shared with an old and generous mango tree, the VEI compound offers a productive work environment, as well as an easy access to Ho’s services (Internet cafés, market, local “drinking spots”, restaurants, etc.)

The house has three rooms that can sleep up to three people each. One room is self-contained with a shower and toilet, while the other two rooms share a common shower and toilet. Rooms within the VEG compound are either single or shared with other volunteers of the same sex, depending on requirements.

Each bed has a mosquito net and the rooms are equipped with fans. Each volunteer will have a key to his/her room. There is also access to a kitchen, living room, shower and toilet. Daily meals will be provided by the VEG cook, Delali.

The house also has a large number of books and a few games available. We also have internet access, although it can be unreliable at times. It is suggested to bring a laptop to watch movies or tv programs, as well for work.
